Signature cured hams (Jamon Iberico de Bellota y Jamon Serrano), fresh marinated white anchovies (boquerones) and dried salted cod (bacalau), Ortiz and Entreislas anchovies (anchoas), ventresca white tuna (atun) and quince paste (membrillo).
